Before that, he served for 4 years as an associate pastor and then, for over 4 years, as the pastor of Victory Baptist Temple in Huber Heights, Ohio. Pastor Townsend has earned the Bachelor of Religious Education, Bachelor of Theology, Master of Theology, Master of Arts (Theological Studies), Doctor of Theology and Master of Divinity (Chaplaincy) degrees.
